Case Study: Coco Republic x RetailOasis

RetailOasis conducted a multi-phase approach to unlock future strategic opportunities for Coco Republic. Customer research was at the core of this project, supported by the organisations need for a deep understanding of the customer. In depth customer interviews complimented robust quantitative research to build a segmentation for the total Australian furniture & homewares market.

Category and competition research, teamed with customer and store network analysis determined the future customer opportunity. Considering the attitudes, behaviours, and preferences of the future core Coco Republic customer, the strategic direction and roadmap was collaboratively designed to improve the customer experience in every area from brand and marketing, to stores and merchandise.
