RetailOasis advised and guided Cbus Property in the acquisition of super regional assets Macquarie Centre and Pacific Fair. This was the largest direct retail property transaction in Australia’s history.

The brief was to conduct market due diligence and assist with the acquisition of the retail assets. RetailOasis conducted an assessment of all current and potential future retail categories and retailers within the centres, detailing future financial sustainability (including valuations and market rents), performance and future long-term risk areas while guiding the team about the future of physical retail as an asset class.
